MORE and more DEATHS IN KURIA EAST

Today 31/03/2013, at around 1400hrs in Kuria East there was heavy gunfire in and around Matare.

The residents had come to bury yesterday's victim of yet a similar inter-clan attack in the same area.

As at now there are conflicting reports, with each side of the clan blaming the other for starting the mayhem. Apparently, because those killed are "second rate citizens", no investigations are normally conducted with view to arrest the killers.

As such the killed are just disposed of into the earth and case closed.

It is our hope that the Police Inspector General will accord citizens of this region the importance and dignity they deserve.
