DARAD Land Evictions-Diani Beach

Members of the public have reported cases of forceful evictions being carried out by uniformed Administration Police officers in Darad area, Diani Beach.
Kwale Hurinet has informed the local Kenya National Commission on Human Rights office in Mombasa about the case. The legal officer in charge of Coast Regional, a Mr Mohamed has assured the Hurinet that his office is following up on the issue and will take necessarily steps to ensure the situation is addressed.
